The Llanquihue Local Public Education Service (Hereinafter Also As The Local Service And/Or The Slep), Is In Charge Of The Administration Of The Educational Establishments Of The Communes Of Frutillar, Llanquihue, Puerto Varas, Fresia And Los Muermos. In The Fulfillment Of Its Functions As Supporting And Principal Entity, It Requires Contracting The Execution Of The Initiative Called Enablement Of The Roofed Hallway Of The Cañitas Rural School. In Light Of The Above, The Local Service Calls For This Bidding Process With The Objective Of Executing Civil Works For The Improvement Of School Infrastructure, Specifically Seeking To Preserve The Infrastructure Currently In Use In The Establishment And Specifically Seeking To Protect The Transit Areas Of The Educational Community From Inclement Weather, Guaranteeing Safety And Accessibility. The Contracting Of The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Explained In These Administrative Bases, Technical Bases, Technical Specifications (Eett), Plans, And Other Documentation That Forms Part Of Or Complements This Tender. The Maintenance Works Will Be Carried Out At The Cañitas Rural School, Located At Camino Real S/N, Cañitas Sector, In The Commune Of Los Muermos, Los Lagos Region. The Purpose Of The Contracted Services Is The Works To Enable The Covered Hallway Of The Aforementioned School.
