Expression of Interest are invited for Strategic Advisory for Delivering Results and Impact under PHSPP. Description: The overarching objective of this assignment is to provide strategic and technical advisory support to the World Bank to enhance the performance and impact of the Transforming Public Health Systems for Pandemic Preparedness (PHSPP), drawing on global best practices. During the final phase of implementation, the assignment will support the Bank through strengthened implementation monitoring, justintime strategic and technical advice to refine program design and delivery, and focused program management support to accelerate results. It will also document and synthesize implementation lessons, innovations, and constraints to inform course correction and contribute to global public goods for pandemic preparedness and resilient public health systems.
