The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Implement A Service For The Internal Use Of The City Of Helsinki, The Purpose Of Which Is To Visualize Real-Time Traffic Data (Fcd, Floating Car Data) Relevant To The Flow Of Traffic For Users To View. With The Help Of The Procured Service, An Up-To-Date Situational Picture Of The Flow Of Traffic Is Formed. In Addition To This, The Service Is Also Supposed To Present Other Traffic-Related Data Sources And Produce Data-Based Stimuli.
