According To Section 53 Of The Act On The Organization Of Employment Services (380/2023), The Employment Authoritys Task Is To Organize Training For Individual Clients. In Addition, Section 50 Of The Act Provides For Information And Advisory Services Offered To Personal Customers. Based On These, The City Of Vantaa Plans Light, Low-Threshold And Flexibly Implemented Training Services That Complement The Rest Of The Workforce Services. The Training Services Planned For Procurement Are Lighter In Nature And Shorter In Duration. We Are Interested In Services That Can Be Customized Both In Terms Of Length And Content, So That They Can Meet The Varying Needs Of Different Customer Groups And Individual Individual Customers. The Service Formats To Be Initially Considered Are, For Example:- Lighter Individual Coaching Carried Out By Appointment In A Local And/Or Remote Format- Walk-In-Type Coaching Service Without An Appointment At The Premises Of The Employment Authority- Light Group Coaching, Which Can Be Targeted By Theme Or Target Group- Online Coaching, Where The Client Works Independently On A Digital Platform - Group-Based, Intensive Career Or Job Search Coaching In The Market Dialogue, We Are Particularly Interested In The Customization Of Services, Flexibility, Accessibility, Digital Solutions, Monitoring Of Effectiveness And How Services Can Be Adapted As Part Of The Customer Paths Of Employment Services
