The Contractor Shall: Prepare The Required Documentation For The Construction Of Concrete Platforms, With All The Necessary Connections (Waterworks, Electricity, Etc.), As Well As Carry Out All The Required Actions For Its Coordination With The Competent Authorities; Build Concrete Platforms And External Connections In Designated Municipal Areas; Carry Out Delivery, Installation And/Or Placing Of A Container Corresponding To This Order (Modular Container/S - Ambulatory), As Well As Filling All Joints And Its/Their Connections To Water Supply, Electrical Network And Others; Submit All Documents Proving The Quality, Origin And Standards To Which The Delivered Facility/S Meets Under This Public Procurement. The Documents Must Sufficiently Guarantee The Factual Coverage Of All Applicable Standards And/Or Regulatory Requirements For The Specific Object(S) To Be Installed And Delivered By The Contractor; Brought The Provided Facility Into Working Condition And Conducted Functional Tests Of The Same. Important!!! The Contractor Should Ensure Full Interconnection Between The Site Intended For Construction And The Container Intended For Delivery And/Or Installation And/Or Placement. The Complete Information Regarding The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described In Detail And Regulated In The Annexes To The Participation Documentation: Technical Specifications For The Designated Positions; Appendix No. 8 - Requirements For The Construction Of Outpatient Clinics (Medical Facilities For Outpatient Care) From The Guidelines For Applying For The Provision Of Funds Through The Selection Of Proposals For The Implementation Of The Component Construction Of A Modern Material And Technical Base And Provision Of Medical Equipment And Furniture For Outpatient Clinics And Medical And Social Advisory Units From The Investment Development Of Outpatient Care, With Financing Under The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism.
