With The Current Award Procedure, The Selection Of A Contractor Should Be Ensured, Through Which A Complete, Complex Solution For The Implementation Of The Site Can Be Achieved, Namely - Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Smr And Authors Supervision) For The Introduction Of Energy-Saving Measures In A Building With The Address: Town Of Dupnitsa, G.K. Bistrica, Block 4. Program Development Of The Regions 2021-2027, Bg16ffpr003-4.001 - Support For Sustainable Energy Renovation Of Multi-Family Residential Buildings, Including Addressing Energy Poverty, For Which The Following Scope Of Activities Should Be Implemented: Activity 1: Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project The Design Is Carried Out In The Technical Design Phase And In Accordance With The Zut, Observing The Principles Of Effectiveness, Efficiency And Economy With A View To Achieving The Main Goal Of The Investment. When Preparing The Project, The Selected Contractor Should Comply With The Technical Measures For Maintaining And Securing The Site, Which Are Indicated As Mandatory, Prescribed In The Report And Passport From The Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics And With The Prescriptions For The Site From The Energy Survey Report And The Certificate For Energy Characteristics Of Buildings In Operation. It Is Of Particular Importance To Set Parameters In The Project Documentation That Fully Correspond To Those Specified In The Buildings Energy Survey Reports For The Relevant Measures. Activity 2: Construction - Assembly Works With The Scope Of All Designed Activities For Energy Renovation Of The Building, Incl. The Mandatory Measures From The Technical Inspection Of The Building, According To The Developed And Approved Investment Project. The Construction Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects Made By The Contractor Within The Framework Of Activity 1 Design. Activity 3: Copyright Supervision Under Art. 162 Of The Territorial Organization Law (Zut). Carrying Out Control Regarding The Designers Prescriptions Related To His Copyright, For The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project Made By Him. ​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​All The Requirements And Detailed Information About The Subject Of The Order - Such As The Scope Of Activities And Requirements For Implementation, Are Indicated In The Attached Technical Specification And The Documents That Are Mandatory For The Participants.
