Five Separate Poses Each. A Separate Contract Will Be Concluded For Each Specific Position. The Required Quantities For Each Specific Position Are Detailed In Specific Requests, According To The Choice Of The Teachers Of The School. The Stated Quantities Are Estimates, And It Is Permissible In Practice To Claim Less Or More Than The Estimated Quantities. The Order Should Be Executed In Accordance With All Currently Applicable Requirements And Regulations Relating To The Subject Matter Of The Assignment. The Supplies Must Correspond To The Lists Of Textbooks And Teaching Aids Approved And Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Culture, Which Will Be Used In The Academic Year 2026/2027. Textbooks Must Meet The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 10/19.12.2017. For Evaluation And Approval Of Textbooks And Teaching Aids, Adopted By Pms No. 79/13.04.2016. The Supplied Textbooks, Study Notebooks, Study Kits And Aids Must Be New, Unused, Without Defects And Properly Packaged. The Deadline For The Main Deliveries Is Until 09.09.2026. Additional Requests And Resp. Deliveries On Them Can Be Made Until The End Of The 2026/2027 School Year. The Expenses For Transport And Loading And Unloading Activities Related To The Deliveries Are For The Account Of The Contractor-Supplier.
