Separate Item 1: Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To E-Readable Textbooks From Prosveta-Sofia Ad Publishing House Separate Item 2: Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Kits And Access To E-Readable Textbooks From The Publishing House Express Publishing, Represented By Universe Eood Separate Position 3: Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Kits And Access To E-Readable Textbooks From The Publishing House Educational Center Eood Separate Item 4 Delivery Of Textbooks, Study Sets And Access To E-Readable Textbooks From Izdatelstvo Veles Ood The Place Of Delivery: In The Building Of Pgt Prof. Asen Zlatarov, Address: City Of Plovdiv, 75 Bogomil St. Deadline For Delivery: 10.09.2026. According To Art. 66A Vat - For The Delivery Of Textbooks On Physical Media Or Electronically, The Tax Rate Is 9 Percent. The Required Quantities Will Be Detailed In A Specific Request To The Publisher. Delivery Fulfillment Requirements: The Delivery Is Carried Out In Compliance With Pms No. 79/ 13.04.2016 For Providing Free Use Of Knowledge Books, Textbooks And Study Sets The Textbooks And Teaching Aids Must Comply With The Lists Of Textbooks And Teaching Aids Approved And Approved By The Ministry Of Education And Culture, Which Will Be Used In The Academic Year 2026-2027. The Execution Of The Delivery Must Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Regulations Regarding The Printing And Distribution Of Textbooks And Teaching Aids. Textbooks And Study Aids Supplied Must Be New And Unused And Properly Packaged. The Costs Of Transport And Loading And Unloading Activities Are At The Expense Of The Contractors. In Connection With Art. 64, Para. 1 Of Ppzop And On The Basis Of Art. 65, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop, After Publication Of The Decision To Open The Procedure, Contracts Will Be Concluded With The Selected Publishing Houses. Before Signing The Contract, Each Publisher Submits The Necessary Documents Under Art. 112, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Zop And Declaration Of The Absence Of Circumstances Under Art. 54, Para. 1, Item 7 Of The Civil Code. The Documents For Signing A Contract Are Sent By E-Mail To The School The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Request Additional Quantities Of Reference Books, Textbooks And Study Sets, Depending On The Newly Admitted Students. In The Event That There Is A Need For The Delivery Of Additional Reference Books, Textbooks And Study Sets, With A View To Providing Additional Unforeseen Units, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign An Option For Additional Quantities By Concluding An Additional Agreement To The Public Procurement Contract, On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​
