The Sps Is Seeking A Supplier To Provide Soft Restraint Hand Cuffs As Alternatives To Metal Handcuffs. The Goods Shall Offer Sps Staff A Less Restrictive Alternative Where There Is A Need To Restrict The Movement Of The Upper Limbs, Through Isolating The Wrists, Whilst Holding, Controlling Or Moving A Person.
