The London Borough Of Waltham Forest (“The Council”) Is Commissioning A Provider To Deliver A Year-Round Programme Of Reuse And Repair Activities To Support Residents In Reducing Waste, Increasing Repair Skills, And Engaging With Local Circular-Economy Specialists.This Specification Sets Out The Required Services For The 2026/27 Delivery Period, Including Four Reuse & Repair Fairs, A Borough-Wide Symposium, At Least Two Workshops, Two Walking Tours, And The Development Of A Dedicated Micro-Site.The Programme Builds On The Success Of The Existing Reuse & Repair Fairs And Sector Network And Aims To Amplify Opportunities For Residents To Repair And Reuse, While Strengthening The Local Repair Sector And Its Collaboration.
