The Hea Intends To Appoint An Architect-Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team To Support The Delivery Of A High-Quality Office Fit-Out At Hea’S Headquarters At 3 Shelbourne Buildings Crampton Avenue, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The Project Comprises The Proposed Refurbishment And Upgrade Of Approximately 16,000 Sq. Ft. Of Office Accommodation Across The Ground And First Floors. The Objective Is To Bring The Accommodation In Line With Modern Office Standards While Achieving A Level Of Finish And Quality Consistent With The Recently Completed 4Th Floor. The Proposed Accommodation Will Provide A Mix Of Open-Plan And Cellular Office Spaces, Supported By Meeting Rooms, Collaboration And Breakout Areas, And Associated Support Facilities. The Ground Floor Will Incorporate A Reception And Arrival Area, Boardroom, And Client-Facing Spaces, While The First Floor Will Primarily Accommodate Internal Meeting Rooms, Staff Workspaces, And Ancillary Facilities.
