The Different Units In The Municipality Have Different Tasks And Thus Different Needs And Requirements For Protective Clothing And Footwear. The Units In The Municipality That Will Mainly Use The Framework Agreement Are: · Operations · School · Kindergarten · Institutions · Home Care · Fire Other Units Will Also Be Able To Use Parts Of This Agreement. Fire Clothing, Uniforms, Rescue Equipment, Smoke Diving Equipment And The Like Are Not Covered By The Agreement. The Municipality Has Its Own Agreement With A Laundromat For The Delivery Of Washing And The Hire Of Work Clothes For Employees, Primarily Within Health And Care. The Client Plans To Award The Contract Without Having A Dialogue With The Suppliers Beyond Making Any Clarifications/Corrections. Dialogue Through Negotiations Can Nevertheless Be Carried Out If, After The Offers Have Been Received, The Client Considers It Appropriate. In That Case, The Selection Will Be Made After An Assessment Of The Award Criteria. It Is Specified That No Supplier Can Expect A Dialogue About Their Offer And Must Therefore Deliver Their Best Offer.
