These Articles Must Satisfy The Needs And Comply With The Minimum Requirements, And That Their Performance Is Adequate For The Types Of Work Required. The Awardee Of The Contract Is Obliged To Deliver, Successively And Prior To The Purchase Order Issued By The Tramuntana Center, The Articles Of Work Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment Detailed In Annex 1: Forecast Of The Material To Be Supplied Of List Of Particular Administrative Clauses And Unit Prices Contemplated In The Contract To Be Signed. The Quantity Of Each Of The Articles Will Depend On The Needs Of The Personnel Of The Tramuntana Center During The Term Of The Contract.
