The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Entrust To A Concessionaire, From January 1, 2027, The Management Of The Public Collective Sanitation Service Of Siarce Within The Perimeter Of The Commune Of Boissy-Le-Cutté. The Concessionaire Will Notably Ensure: The Collection, Transport And Treatment Of Wastewater And Rainwater; The Operation And Maintenance Of The Boissy-Le-Cutté Treatment Plant; Network Monitoring And Maintenance; Managing Relations With Subscribers; Collection Of Royalties; Assistance To The Project Owner For The Commissioning Of The New Treatment Plant. The Details Of The Object Are Defined In Article 1 Of The Consultation Regulations (Rc) And The Scope In Article 2 Of The Rc. The Procedure Chosen Is Open: Applications And Offers Are Submitted Jointly. The Contract Precisely Defines The Objectives Assigned To The Concessionaire And The Corresponding Performance Criteria, The Information That The Concessionaire Will Make Available To The Concession Authority, The Terms Of Its Transmission And The Effective Means Of Control Which It May Use To Verify The Proper Technical And Financial Execution Of The Contract And The Quality Of The Service.
