Sports Facilities Operation Services – Public Service Concession Contract Relating To The Operation And Management Of The Jardy Departmental Estate. The Jardy Departmental Estate Extends Over Nearly 75 Hectares In The Communes Of Marnes-La-Coquette And Vaucresson. Owned By The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine Since 2007, It Constitutes A Heritage, Sporting And Environmental Site, Integrating: - An Equestrian Center; - A Golf Course; - A Tennis Complex; - A Landscaped Park. The Departments Ambition Is To Unify The Management Of The Estate Around A Coherent, Sustainable And Attractive Model By Using A Single Management Method For The Management And Operation Of The Entire Estate And Its Equipment In A Logic Of Diversification And Pooling Of The Activities Offered. The Concessionaires Mission Will Be To Operate And Manage At Its Own Risk All Areas, Buildings, Premises, Installations And Equipment, As Well As The Various Activities And Events For Which They Support, While Respecting The Destination Of The Premises And In Accordance With The Objectives Pursued By The Department. The Operation Of The Golf Course, Tennis Court, Equestrian Center And Restaurant Must Be Maintained. The Main Characteristics Of The Estate And The Goods Made Available, As Well As The Details Of The Services And Obligations Of The Concessionaire Are The Subject Of A Precise Description In The Documents Appearing In The Company Consultation File, And In Particular In The Draft Contract. The Concessionaire Will Pay The Department A Public Domain Occupancy Fee (Rodp) Which, To Take Into Account The Benefits Of All Kinds Provided To The Department By Making The Estate Available, Will Be Composed Of A Fixed Part And A Variable Part. The Terms Of Payment Of This Fee Are Specified In The Draft Concession Contract.
