No. 254/1998 Coll., Preparation Of Documentation For The Offer, Supervision Of The Designer Over The Construction Of The Building According To The Submitted Project Documentation, By A Professionally Qualified Person According To Act No. 138/1992 Coll. On Authorized Architects And Authorized Construction Engineers, As Amended, With Professional Focus On The Required Subject Of The Work Throughout The Entire Implementation Period And Geodetic Focus Verified By A Professionally Qualified Person According To § 6 Of Act 215/1995 Coll., Letter D.) To J.), Which Will Serve As A Basis For Processing The Subject Of The Contract. Reconstruction Of Bridges And Culverts Is Also Part Of The Solved Section With A Total Length Of Approximately 6.6 Km. The Project Documentation Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Valid Legal Standards And Regulations, Technical Standards And Regulations (Stn, Stn En) And Valid Legislation Of The Slovak Republic, In Accordance With The Scope And Subject Of The Contract.
