Cleaning Services – Procurement Of Cleaning Services For Special Windows Of Offices Of The Social, Health And Rescue Department Of Helsinki. The City Of Helsinkis Social, Health And Rescue Department Is Requesting Bids For Special Window Washing Services At Its Offices In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Washing Of Special Windows Of Offices Belonging To The Social, Health And Rescue Industry Of The City Of Helsinki, Including The Washing Of Windows In High Places, The Washing Of Hard-To-Reach (Railing Glass) Or Large Windows, As Well As The Washing Of Specially Constructed Windows (E.G. Dome Windows) And Other Windows That Require Special Tools. The Service Also Includes Washing Windows In Tall Buildings Where Access To The Outside Of The Windows Requires Special Arrangements. Based On The Tender, A Framework Arrangement Of Three (3) Service Providers Will Be Established, If At Least Three (3) Accepted Offers Are Received. The Purchase Is Made For A Contract Period Of Two (2) Years. It Is Possible To Extend The Contract At The Customers Discretion During A Two (2) Year Option Period.
