Non-Residential Property Renting Or Leasing Services – Rent Of Premises For Businesses For The Purpose Of Retail Sale Of Premium Tobacco Products And Tobacco Supplies M.Č. 2053, 2053A And 2053B.. We Will Grant The Supplier Selected On The Basis Of The Concession Procedure The Right To Retail An Assortment Of Premium Tobacco Products And Tobacconists Supplies In Unit M.No. 2053, 2053A And 2053B (Hereinafter Referred To As The Concession), Under The Conditions Specified In The Tender Documentation And In The Draft Contract For The Lease Of Premises Serving The Business And The Provision Of Certain Services Connected With It On The Premises, Which Form Annex F Of The Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement) And Further Under The Conditions Specified In The Other Appendices Of The Tender Documentation Or The Contract.
