The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Study Utilizing Quantitative Data And Methods, Which Will Form: 1) Descriptive Analysis: An Overall Picture Of The Skills Development Of The Unemployed And Those Working In Declining Sectors And Professions, Its Methods, Services, Distribution According To Different Background Factors, And The Targeting Of Skills Development To Labor Demand Sectors And Professions Where There Is A Shortage Of Skilled Workers. The Focus Is Especially On The Long-Term Unemployed. 2) Impact Analysis: Analysis Of The Impact Of Skills Development On The Employment Of The Unemployed, Especially Job Seekers From Declining Or Oversupplied Sectors Or Professions Who Become Unemployed Or With A Low Level Of Education. The Request For Tenders Is Aimed At Strengthening The Knowledge Base About The Development Of Skills That Promote Employment And Co-Operation, Especially During Unemployment. The Target Group Of The Study Is The Unemployed, Especially The Long-Term Unemployed, And With Less Emphasis Those Working In Declining Industries Or Professions.
