Grandlyon Habitat Wishes To: - Acquire Microsoft Licenses And Develop Its Existing Microsoft License Portfolio - Be Accompanied By A Specialized Service Provider To Advise It In Its Acquisitions And Optimize Them The Scope Of Application Of The Framework Agreement Covers The Entire Microsoft Catalog, Whether Office Automation Or Infrastructure Licenses. The Above-Mentioned Services Are The Subject Of A Single Lot. This Contract Constitutes: A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Governed By Articles L.2125-1; R.2162-2 Paragraph 2; R.2162-4 To R.2162-6; R.2162-13 And R.2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Framework Agreement Sets Out The Contractual Stipulations In A Firm Manner And Will Be Executed As And When Required By The Conclusion And Issuance Of Purchase Orders According To The Terms Defined In This Framework Agreement. A Framework Agreement With A Revisable Mixed Price Will Be Awarded, Entrusted To A Single Company Or A Group. It Is Passed Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 250,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Firm Duration Of One (1) Year.
