The Provision Of Technical Assistance Services By The Designer According To Law 10/1995 During The Execution Phase Of The Works (Execution Type Contracts) Within The Regional Project For The Development Of The Water And Waste Water Infrastructure In Teleorman County. This Contract Will Provide Technical Assistance Activities To The Designer (According To Law No. 10/1995), During The Execution Of The Works Within 8 (Eight) Works Contracts. Note: Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 19 Deadline By Which The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarification/Additional Information: 11 Days Before The Deadline Set For Receiving Offers Any Reference From The Content Of The Present Award Documentation, (Including The Present Specifications), Which Indicates A Specific Origin, Source, Production, A Special Process, A Factory Or Trade Mark, A Patent Invention And/Or A Manufacturing License, A Standard, An Authorization/Certification/Attestation, A Service Or A Requirement Will Be Read And Interpreted As Being Accompanied By The Mention Or Equivalent.
