The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Silesian Agricultural Advisory Center In Częstochowa Of Brand New Agricultural Machines, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Free From Damage And Physical And Legal Defects, And In Compliance With The Standards And Technical And Operational Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Agricultural Machines Equipped With Agriculture 4.0 Solutions, Hereinafter Referred To As Machines, Together With The Provision Of Instructions On The Operation Of The Delivered Machines. Including: An Agricultural Tractor With A Navigation Set For Wireless Data Transmission, A Mineral Fertilizer Spreader, A Corn Seeder, A Mechanical Mounted Seeder For Sowing Cereals And A Mounted Agricultural Sprayer. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Technical And Operational Parameters Of The Machines, Is Set Out In Annexes No. 1A - 1E To The Swz. The Technical And Operational Parameters Provided By The Ordering Party In Annexes No. 1A - 1E To The Swz Constitute The Minimum Requirements. The Failure Of The Offered Machine To Have Any Required Parameter Gives The Ordering Party Grounds To Reject The Offer. The Contractor May Offer A Machine With Better Parameters Than Those Described By The Ordering Party In A Given Attachment.
