Delivery Of 8 High-Terrain Light Trucks Within The Framework Of The Project Increasing The Capacity For Prevention And Response In The Event Of Floods And Subsequent Disasters And Emergencies In The Cross-Border Region, Financed Under The Interreg Vi-A Greece-Bulgaria 2021-2027 Program. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Entry Into The Contractors Record-Keeping System. The Term Of The Contract Expires After The Expiration Of The Warranty Period For Light Trucks (Minibuses) (Not Less Than 60 Months) And The Satisfaction Of All Claims Of The Contracting Party Related To The Contractors Warranty Liability. The Delivery Deadline Is Up To 9 Months From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of The Contract. *Note: The Contractor Shall Notify In Writing No Less Than 7 Calendar Days In Advance Of The Specific Date And Time At Which The Delivery Will Be Made.
