The Services Relate To Tax Assessments And Other Correspondence In The Context Of Municipal Taxes, Water Board Taxes And The Woz Act. The Contractor Must Be Able To Provide Services Based On Both Supplied Print-Ready Files And Data Files For Document Generation, While Guaranteeing Quality, Continuity, Information Security And Compliance With Relevant Legislation And Regulations, Including The Gdpr And Archive Regulations. It Is Also Expected That Peak Loads, Especially During The Annual Assessment Runs, Will Be Adequately Processed And That Appropriate Quality Assurance, Logging And Reporting Will Be Provided. The Estimated Value Of This Tender Is €450,000 Excluding Vat Per Year. This Estimate Is Based On A Carefully Prepared Estimate. The Estimate Has Been Drawn Up Based On Historical Data On Mail Volumes And Associated Costs. The Historical Expenditure Has Been Analyzed And Extrapolated To The Expected Need During The Term Of The Agreement.
