Mechanical Engineering Services – European Non-Public Tender For Framework Agreement Consultancy And Engineering Services Incl. Supervision Of Hvac, Sanitary And Control Engineering Projects For The Municipalities Of Amstelveen And Aalsmeer. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Contract Two (2) Contractors For A W+S Consultants Framework Agreement, Whereby The Contracting Authority Selects The Most Economically Advantageous Tender. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract Two Expert, Independent And Experienced Consultancy Firms That Can Support The Client In Designing, Developing And Supporting The Realization Of The Complete W/S/Rt Part Of New Construction Projects And/Or Multi-Annual Maintenance (Mjop) Projects. The Estimated Total Annual Turnover Of The Assignments Is €350,000 Excluding Vat. This Amount Is Only A Rough Indication. No Rights Can Be Derived From This. The Contracting Authority Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. The Agreement Has An Initial Term Of 2 Years. After This Period, The Contracting Authority Can Unilaterally Extend The Agreement 4 Times, Each Time For 2 Years And Under The Same Conditions.
