The Aim Of This Tender Is To Find A Contractor Who Will Take Over The Creation And Subsequent Operation, Hosting, Support, Maintenance And Care As Well As The Continuous Development Of A Cross-Border Online Portal For Green Professions. The Legal Basis For The Project Is The Act To Improve Online Access To Administrative Services (Ozg), Which Came Into Force On August 14, 2017. The Client Is The North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber Of Agriculture, Represented By The Director Of The Chamber Of Agriculture, Hereinafter Referred To As The Client. The Client Acts In His Own Name, But In The Interests Of The Steering And Coordination Group Of The Project Digitalization Of Vocational Training Management In Rural Areas (Azubidigital). In The Project, 14 Federal States Have Come Together To Jointly Develop The Azubidigital Portal. The Participating Countries (Hereinafter: Alliance Partners) Want To Use It As Independent Clients And Connect Their Existing Specialist Procedures For Vocational Training. The Development Project Is Fully Funded By Federal Funds, And Operations Are Financially Supported By The Alliance Partners. An Evb It System Contract (See Appendix) Will Be Concluded With The Selected Contractor. With The Help Of The Azubidigital Portal, The Processes Related To Vocational Training Are To Be Mapped Completely Digitally. Portal Users Must Be Able To Log In Via Integrated User Management And Have Access To The Relevant Data And Functions By Assigning Specific Roles. As Soon As The External Technical Requirements For The Bundid With A Trust Level Of Substantial Or Higher Are Met, A Smooth Switch From The Integrated User Management To Registration Via The Bundid With A Trust Level Of Substantial Or Higher Should Also Be Possible. The Central Functions For Portal Users Are Divided Into The Areas Of Vocational Training Contracts, Further Training, Examinations And Services.
