The Purpose Of This Purchase Is To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Ensure Camp Organization Services For Children Within The Arc 2026 Camps Program - The 17Th Edition, 7-Night (8-Day) Camps For A Minimum Number Of 1,350 Children And Companions And A Maximum Of 1,800 Children And Companions Who Fall Into The Category Of Romanians From Everywhere, As Defined By The Legislation In Force. Camp Organization Services For A Minimum Of 200 People / Camp Series Will Be Provided. The Location (Camp) Will Have Accommodation, Meals And The Rest Of The Facilities In A Single Perimeter; The Camp Aims To Provide The Following Services For Each Participant: 1. Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner In A Restaurant-Type Unit At Least 2 Stars/2 Daisies; 2. Accommodation: Accommodation Unit Of Minimum 2 Stars/2 Daisies – 7 Nights (8 Days); Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates – 10 Days The Consolidated Response Of The Contracting Authority To These Requests Will Be Sent 5 Days Before The Deadline Established In The Notice Of Participation For Submitting Offers. The Project Involves The Participation Of An Estimated Minimum Of 5,000 Participants And A Maximum Of 10,000 Participants — Romanians From Around The Borders, The Balkans And Emigration.
