The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Sale (Delivery And Distribution) Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Symbol E To Two Thermal Waste Treatment Installations Belonging To The Ordering Party And Located In Katowice At Ul. Hutnicza 8 On The Premises Of Zakład Utylyzacji Odpadów Sp. Z O. O., In A Basic Quantity Of 2,727,600.00 Kwh, I.E. 240,000 M³ (With The Assumed Conversion Factor Of 11.365) Over A Period Of 12 Months, Provided That The Supplies Will Commence No Earlier Than After The Expiry Of The Current Comprehensive Agreement For The Sale Of Gas Fuel With The Current Supplier, I.E. Unimot Energia I Gaz Sp. Z O. O., Al. Jerozolimskie 142A, 02-305 Warszawa, Valid Until July 31, 2025, - The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Amount Of Purchased Gas Fuel In The Following Scope: To Increase To 25% (I.E. 300,000.00 M³), To Reduce To 40% (I.E. 144,000.00 M³) In Relation To The Basic Quantity (Value) Of The Order Specified In Point Iv.1. The Occurrence Of The Circumstances Referred To Above Will Result In A Corresponding Reduction Or Increase In The Remuneration Due To The Contractor Under This Contract. The Change In The Amount Of Gas Fuel Takes Place Automatically And Does Not Require A Declaration By The Party. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Quantity Of Purchased Gas Fuel And/Or The Distribution Value Of The Purchased Gas Fuel In The Following Scope: For An Increase Up To 25% (I.E. 300,000.00 M³), For A Reduction Up To 40% (I.E. 144,000.00 M³) In Relation To The Basic Quantity Of The Order, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.
