Engineering Services – Planning Services For The New Construction Of The Ist Test Hall - Property Planning. The Client, The Institute For Solar Energy Research (Isfh), Develops Innovative Components For The Photovoltaic And Solar Thermal Use Of Solar Energy. Together With Industrial Partners, The Institute Promotes The Use Of Solar Energy Through Applied Research And The Training Of Young People. The Isfh Is A Research Institute In The State Of Lower Saxony. As Part Of The Project “New Ist Test Hall” (Hereinafter: “Construction Project”), The Client Is Planning To Build A New Research Hall For The Integration Of Solar System Technology (“Ist”) Including Office Space At The Am Ohrberg 1 Location In 31860 Emmerthal. The Construction Project Is Financed From Specific And Limited Funding. The Clients Highest Project Goals Are Therefore Compliance With The Overall Funding Amount Available, I.E. Including All Planning, Management And Control Tasks, Of Six (6) Million Euros Net And The Completion Of The Work (Including The Final Invoice) Up To And Including Service Phase 8 By December 31, 2028. The Services Of Structural Planning, Fire Protection, Building Physics, Subsoil, Preservation Of Evidence And Surveying Have Already Been Commissioned. The Tga And Outdoor Facility Planning Services Are Awarded And Commissioned In Parallel. A Project Manager Has Also Been Appointed. The Aim Of This Tender Is To Find A Contractor For The Property Planning Services “Buildings And Interiors” In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai 2021. Service Phases 1 And 2 Are Not The Subject Of The Tender, But Have Already Been Provided. It Is Planned That A General Contractor Or Several Sub-General Contractors Will Be Commissioned To Carry Out The Construction Project. Accordingly, The Planning Services Are Also Defined In The Service Profile. Optionally, Individual Service Parts For Construction Can Be Separated From The Overall Order, So That Further Planning Services Are Required, Which Can Optionally Be Ordered Additionally On The Basis Of This Contract.
