The Order Covers The Preparation And Submission Of All Necessary Project Documentation (Pzi, Pid, Dzo) And Includes All Activities Necessary For Successfully Obtaining A Use Permit. The Battery Storage Units Will Be Installed Outdoors In Various Locations Next To The Existing Power Facilities Of The Hse Group. The Listed Projects Are Indicative Projects And The Client Is Not Obligated To Submit All The Projects. Actual Project Orders Will Depend On The Clients Actual Needs. A More Detailed Order Specification (Minimum Technical Requirements) Can Be Seen From The Technical Data Sheet - The Technical Part Of The Documentation Related To The Award Of A Public Contract (Hereinafter: Technical Part/Closed Part), Which Interested Bidders Obtain According To The Rules Of Documentation Related To The Award Of A Public Contract. The Collection Of The Closed Part Of The Documentation Related To The Award Of The Public Contract Is A Condition For Submitting The Offer. The Client Wishes To: - Obtain Offers On The Basis Of Which He Will Conclude A Framework Agreement For A Period Of Forty (40) Months Or Until The Utilization Of The Maximum Estimated Contract Value According To The Framework Agreement With The Reservation Of The Right, I.E. With The Possibility Of Extending The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement, As Long As The Maximum Estimated Value Is Not Used/Achieved Within Forty (40) Months, With A Maximum Of Three (3) Bidders Whose Bids Will Be Admissible And According To The Criterion The Most Favorable; - From Among The Providers With Whom The Framework Agreement Has Been Concluded, Choose The Provider For The Supply Of The Goods Of The First Individual Order From The Most Favorable Final Admissible Offer From The Procedure With Negotiations With Publication.
