This Purchase Aims To Conclude A Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Ensure Camp Organization Services For Children Within The Arc 2026 Camps Program - The 17Th Edition, 7-Night (8-Day) Camps For A Minimum Number Of 720 People And A Maximum Of 1080 People Who Fall Into The Category Of Romanians From Everywhere, In One Of The Counties In The Apuseni Mountains Area, In Areas Classified As Tourist, The Perimeter Of The Camp Being Isolated From The Intense Traffic Of Automobiles. The Camp Aims To Provide The Following Services For Each Participant: 1. Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner In A Restaurant Type Unit At Least 2 Stars/2 Daisies; 2. Accommodation: Accommodation Unit Of Minimum 2 Stars/2 Daisies – 7 Nights (8 Days); Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates – 10 Days The Consolidated Response Of The Contracting Authority To These Requests Will Be Sent 5 Days Before The Deadline Established In The Notice Of Participation For Submitting Offers. The Project Involves The Participation Of An Estimated Minimum Of 5,000 Participants And A Maximum Of 10,000 Participants — Romanians From Around The Borders, The Balkans And Emigration.
