This Is A Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders Placed In An Order Group In Application Of The Agreement Constituting The Order Group, Concluded Between The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine And The Syndicat Mixte Ouvert (Smo) Seine Et Yveline Voirie. The Hauts-De-Seine Department Has Been Designated Coordinator Of The Command Group. The Services Provided By The Hauts-De-Seine Department Correspond To Urban Requalification And Large-Scale Development Projects On Departmental Roads In Addition To Specific Urban Development Programs Carried Out By The Department. The Services Covered By The Smo Seine Et Yvelines Voirie Correspond To Road Renovation And Structural Maintenance Operations As Well As Safety Improvement Measures On The Departments Roads And Specific Road Development Programs Delegated To The Smo Seine Et Yvelines Voirie By The Department Of Hauts-De-Seine.
