Software-Related Services – Purchase, Realization And Management Of A New Primary Process System For The Child Protection Council. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Select The Most Suitable Technical Solution For The Primary Process System Of The Child Protection Council (Rvdk) And To Contract One Contractor Who Realizes, Implements And Manages This Solution And Acts As A Strategic Ict Partner During The Exploitation Phase. The Selected Solution Must Provide Optimal Support To Employees In The Primary Process And Provide A Management Dashboard With Adequate Reporting And Control Options. The Size Of The Tender Is Estimated At €135 Million Incl. Vat. This Concerns The Value For The Entire Term Of The Agreement, Including The Optional Extensions In The Operational Phase. The Maximum Size Of The Agreement Is €200 Million (Including Vat). This Value Is Included In The Agreement As A Maximum. This Means That The Agreement Ends When This Maximum Size Is Reached.
