Security Services – 15/26 – Providing Services In The Field Of Physical Protection And Supervision Of People And Property Of The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services To The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała, Located At Al. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała, Physical Protection And Supervision Services Of Persons And Property For A Period Of 36 Months. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification Of Conditions Of Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Specification. 3. The Contractor, Included In The Price Of The Subject Of The Order Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement, Will Provide Support For Physical Protection By Intervening By An Intervention Group Operating In The City Of Bielsko-Biała In The Event Of A Threat From People Disturbing Order In The Ordering Partys Facilities. 4. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That All Persons Directed By The Contractor To Perform The Order (Does Not Apply To The Intervention Group) Are Employed Under An Employment Contract. The Requirements Set Out In The First Sentence Also Apply To Any Subcontractors. 6. Method Of Verifying The Employment Of The Persons Referred To In Section 5 And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
