Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Annual Environmental and Social Compliance (ESC) Audit The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the PROGRAM TO BUILD RESILIENCE FOR FOOD AND NUTRITION SECURITY IN THE HORN OF AFRICA (BREFONS) project, implemented through the Ministry of Agriculture and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for the Consultancy Services to conduct the Annual Environmental and Social Compliance (ESC) Audit. The services to be provided under the Assignment include conducting an independent, comprehensive, and systematic Environmental and Social Compliance (ESS) Audit of the BREFONS Project. The audit will assess the projects performance and compliance with the provisions of the projects Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), national environmental and social legal frameworks, and the African Development Banks Integrated Safeguards System (ISS) across all project sites).
