A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Rooms Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters And Standards Specifying The Subject Of The Order Provided By The Ordering Party Are The Minimum Conditions That The Ordering Party Will Expect To Be Met. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Together With Its Description Or Standards. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Described Standards, Certificates, Technical Assessments, Approvals And Technical Specifications.
