1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Playground At The Primary School No. 39 In Kielce, Ul. Krzyżanowska 82. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Stages (Stage I And Ii) And Includes In Particular: 2.1. In The Scope Of Stage I: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, And Applicable Regulations; 2) Obtaining, At Your Own Expense, Maps, Arrangements, Opinions, Tests And Checks Of The Design Documentation Necessary And Required By Law, Necessary To Develop Complete Design Documentation, Enabling The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works; 2.2. Within The Scope Of Stage Ii: 1) Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Equipment And Elements: A) Large Play Set (1 Pc), B) Fitness Set (1 Pc), C) Integration Carousel For Disabled People (1 Pc), D) Integration Swing Containing 3 Seats, Including 1 Seat For Disabled People (1 Pc), E) Balance Beam (1 Pc), F) Waste Bin (1 Pcs.), G) A Straight Bench Without A Backrest (Min. 2 Pcs.), H) A Board With Playground Regulations (1 Pc.), 2) Construction Of A Safe Surface Made Of Polyurethane Under An Integration Carousel For Disabled People, An Integration Swing Swing, A Large Play Set And Devices That Require The So-Called Safety Zones - The Amount Necessary For The Devices Used;3) Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Bevelled Cubes To Enable Disabled People To Access Playground Equipment, Connected To A Safe Zone Poured From Polyurethane, Connected To The Existing Sidewalk;4) Restoring The Surface After Construction Works, By Leveling, Topsoil And Sowing With Grass Or Restoring The Existing Sidewalk;5) Obtaining A Playground Inspection Certificate Confirming Its Compliance With Standards, Carried Out By A Playground Safety Specialist Or An Accredited Body; 6) Carrying Out An As-Built Surveying Inventory And Developing As-Built Documentation.3.
