1. Subject Matter Of The Order: 1) The Order Covers The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Roof And Replacement Of Windows In The Older Part Of The Primary School Building As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Bathrooms And The Floor In The School And The Roof In The Older Part Of The Building And Replacement Of Windows In The Primary School In Kije. The School Building Is Located In Kije At Ul. Szkolna, On The Property Marked In The Land Register With Number 449/1 In The Cadastral Area 0011 Kije.2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By The Construction Design Approved By Decision 682/2019 Of September 3, 2019 Of The Staroste Of Zielona Góra, Detailed Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Developed By Moderneko Wojciech Świerczyński Based In Częstochowa At Street Pietrusińskiego 12/9 And The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3) The Ordering Party Informs That As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Only Part Of The Works Included In The Design Documentation Should Be Performed, I.E. Replacement Of The Roof Covering, Renovation Of Chimneys, Replacement Of Windows And Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System, In Accordance With The Attached Bill Of Quantities. 4) Demolition Materials Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. 5) The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using New Own Materials, Which He Will Purchase And Deliver To The Work Site At His Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of Purchase And Delivery In Place Of Installation Of All Materials Used To Complete The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Materials Used During The Execution Of The Works Must Be Approved For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree On Proposals For Material Solutions. The Use Of Materials Indicated By The Ordering Party By The Contractor Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability If He Did Not Warn The Ordering Party About The Risk Associated With The Use Of Specific Materials.7) The Contractor Declares That He Has Read The Design Studies And Recognized The Scope Of Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Which He Priced In His Offer.8) The Works Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Requirements Arising From The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411), In Particular In The Field Of Eliminating Architectural Barriers.9) The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Exclusively On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, It
