Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Part I Called: Reconstruction (Modernization) Of Apartments With The Following Addresses: • Ul. 1 Maja 30/10• Ul. Kalwaryjska 63/Ii/2• Ul. Sienkiewicza 1A/13• Ul. Roździeńskiego 46/I/12. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Approvals Required By Law And, On Its Basis, The Performance Of Construction Works Including The Reconstruction (Modernization) Of Municipal Residential Premises Administered By The Housing Management Department. The Investment Will Involve Design And Then Execution Of Construction Works (Design And Build). The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Separation Of A Bathroom (New Sanitary Facility) And Kitchen Along With Ensuring Adequate Ventilation, Changing The Heating Method, Eliminating Existing Solid Fuel Heat Sources, Installing New Water, Sewage And Electrical Installations, As Well As Replacing Window And Door Joinery With New Ones, Installing New Plasters On Walls And Ceilings, Floors And Painting Layers. The Planned Reconstruction (Modernization) Of Municipal Residential Premises Should Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Standards And Regulations, Including Technical And Construction Regulations And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge Specified In Particular In Art. 5 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994. (Journal Of Laws Of 202 Ir., Item 2351) And Requirements Resulting From The Users Needs, As Well As Meet The Conditions Of Bgk. If During The Implementation Of The Investment The Regulations Change, Which Results In The Need To Change The Design Documentation Or Prepare Additional Documents For Acceptance Or Introduce Changes To The Building, The Contractor Should Take These Changes Into Account As Part Of The Order And Perform The Necessary Work In Accordance With The Contract And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program.3. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).
