1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Partial Modernization Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 7 In Gliwice At Ul. Ligonia 36. The Scope Of Renovation Works Includes: • Painting Walls And Making Floors, Along With The Necessary Accompanying Works In Classrooms No. 30, 32, 41; • Painting Walls And Making Floors, Along With Necessary Accompanying Works In The Corridor On The 1St And 2Nd Floors; • Securing The Stair Steps With Anti-Slip Strips On The Left And Right Staircase.2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Was Specified In The Technical Documentation - Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Specified In The Bill Of Quantities.3. Due To The Conduct Of Construction Works On The School Premises, The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Specificity Of Work In An Active Educational Facility, With Particular Emphasis On The Safety Of Children, And Will Adapt The Method Of Carrying Out Construction Works To It, Including Taking All Necessary Actions To Prevent Damage And Limit Their Effects And Nuisance To People And Property Resulting From Pollution, Noise And Other Effects Of The Activities Carried Out By Itself And Its Subcontractors, And Will Familiarize Itself With And Apply The Provisions On Standards Of Protection Of Minors Applicable In The Educational Facility.
