Tenders Are Invited For Repair Of Bituminous Surface Defects On County Roads In The Szamotuły District With Hot Mineral And Bituminous Mass

Carrying Out Works Consisting In Repairing Defects In The Bituminous Surface Of County Roads In The Szamotuły Poviat With Hot Mineral And Bituminous Mass In A Maximum Basic Amount Of 3,000 M2 With An Average Thickness Of 4 Cm (100 Kg/M2), Along With Cutting, Cleaning, Sprinkling And Mechanical Rolling As Well As Lubricating The Joints, According To The Current Needs Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities, Hereinafter Also Referred To As Opz. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All The Works And Obligations Of The Contractor Listed In The Draft Contract. Each Order Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Unit Prices Given In The Offer On The Basis Of As-Built Measurement. The Quantity Survey Of The Works Will Be Prepared By The Contractor, And Its Compliance Will Be Checked By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Works Acceptance Procedure. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use Only Products Approved For Use In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And The Construction Products Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Other Provisions - Implementing Regulations To The Above-Mentioned Regulations, To The Extent They Apply. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Ordered Works, Therefore The Value Of The Order May Be Reduced To 50%.
