Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Scope Of The Task Listed Below. The Requirements And Scope Of Preparation Of Design Documentation Are Included In The Functional And Utility Program. The Functional And Utility Program Contains A Scope Of The Order That Is Larger Than The Scope Of The Order Planned For Implementation. Stage 2. Carrying Out Work To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The Building: - Insulating The Roof With An Area Of Approx. 450 M2; - Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Attic With An Area Of Approx. 191.40 M2 By Laying Mineral Wool; - Replacement Of Window Joinery With An Area Of Approx. 148.67 M2 For Windows With A Transmission Coefficient U = 0.9 W/M2k, In Accordance With Conservation Guidelines, Technical Approvals And Manufacturers Recommendations. - Replacement Of Doors With An Area Of Approx. 43.26 M2 For Doors With A Penetration Coefficient Of U = 1.3 W/M2k, In Accordance With Conservation Guidelines, Technical Approvals And Manufacturers Recommendations; - Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation: Replacement Of Pipelines, Radiators With Plate Ones, Installation Of Valves With Thermostatic Heads, Radiator Shut-Off Return Valves, Sub-Vertical Balancing Valves, Automatic Air Vents, Regulation Of The Installation, Installation Works And Reconstruction; - Installation Of An Air Heat Pump With Full Fittings And Equipment, - Adaptation Of The Room For A New Boiler Room, Adapting It To The Dimensions. Fire Protection - Replacement Of Internal Lighting With Led, Including Installation And Reconstruction Works In The Rooms, And Replacement Of The Electrical Installation. - Installation Of A Pv Installation For The Operation Of The Building, - Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels With A Capacity Of 10 Kw, - Connection Of The Building To The Municipal Heating Network With A Length Of Approx. 450 Meters From The Existing Gas Boiler Room In The Building At Ul. Szkolna 13. Implementation Of Other Works Not Related To Energy Efficiency: - Adaptation Of The Building To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Including: • Installation Of An Internal Passenger Elevator, Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, • Adaptation Of Toilets For People With Disabilities, • Use Of Contrasting Colors, • Additional Handrails In Staircases, • Contrasting Marking Of Steps On The Stairs, Note: Insulation Of The Roof Slope Described In The Program Functional And Utility In Segment B Of The Building Is Related To The Demolition Of The Roof Structure In The Annex, On The Right Side, Of The Main Body Of The Building. As A Result Of The Previously Carried Out Roofing Works, The Insulation Of The Roof Over Segment B, The Main Body Of The Building, Should Be Performed From The Inside, Without Disturbing The Structure And The New Roof Covering.
