All Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 3A, 3B And 3C To The Swz And In Accordance With The Other Guidelines Included In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Procurement - Hereinafter Referred To As: Swz And In The Draft Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 2 To The Swz).3. Details Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Design Documentation (Construction And Executive Design) And The Technical Specification Prepared By Biuro Projektów Bpbw Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Głowackiego 28, 10-448 Olsztyn.4. The Task Is Covered By The Decision Approving The Construction Design And Granting The Building Permit No. Ok/30/2019 Of June 12, 2019, Together With The Construction Design Constituting An Annex To The Issued Decision Of The Staroste Of Olsztyn (Concerning Works On The Building). Additionally, As Part Of The Task, Drainage Of The Chapel Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Additional Documentation Prepared By Zomb-Kan Projektowanie Nadzór Zofia Szewczyk, Ul. Świerkowa 29/2, 10-174 Olsztyn, Approved By The Building Permit Decision No. Ok/49/2019 Of October 21, 202195. In Addition, The Documentation Included The Conservation Research And Conservation Work Program Of The Historic Cemetery Chapel At Ul. Grunwaldzka In Olsztynek By Mirosław Cholewka, M.A. (Diploma No. 2163/Umk), Date: December 2018, And A Supplement To This Research From February 2019. The Documentation Constitutes Annex No. 14 To The Swz (Element Of The Collective List Of Questions And Answers). 6. The Following Renovation And Construction Works Are Planned: 1) Excavation Of Foundation Walls, 2) Underpinning Of The Foundations Around The Entire Perimeter Of The Building In A Minimum Of 4 Stages, 3) Drying The Foundation Walls And Performing Vertical Waterproofing, 4) Repairing Scratches And Cracks In The Walls Caused By Changes In The Stability Of The Structure By Sewing The Cracked Walls Using The Helifix System, Spiral Rods + System Mortar Or Other Equivalent – Only In Places Where This Type Of Construction Works Will Be Necessary (Some Of The Works Related To Sewing The Building Walls, Resulting From The Design Documentation, Have Already Been Completed By The Ordering Party). The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Valuation Only Work That Has Not Yet Been Completed. The Design Documentation Covers All Expected Works Related To Sewing The Walls.
