The Facility Is An Element Of Local Heritage And Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments By Order Of The Mayor Of The Włoszakowice Commune No. 136/2020 Of December 15, 20203. The Subject Of The Order Includes A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Roof, Which Includes: 1) Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering, Gutters, Downpipes, Sheet Metal Flashings And Lightning Protection Installations, 2) Dismantling Damaged Chimneys To The Level Of The Roof Slope And Dismantling The Existing Roof Window, 3) Impregnating The Roof Truss And Installing A Roof Membrane And A New Structure Of Battens And Counter-Battens, 4) Laying A New Roofing Made Of Plain Tiles Engraved In Red, In Line With The Historical Character Of The Building, 5) Re-Building Of The Chimneys With Clinker Bricks And Reconstruction Of Fragments Of The Attics, 6) Installation Of New Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes, 7) Covering With Thermally Weldable Felt On The Roofs Over The Entrances To The Building, 8) Installation Of A New Lightning Protection Installation.
