4.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Project Titled: Development Of A Plot In The Center Of The Łopiennik Górny Commune For Tourism Purposes.4.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Land Development To Create A Recreational And Tourist Space In The Center Of The Łopiennik Commune. To The Extent Consistent With The Developed Construction And Technical Designs, The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Brine Graduation Tower 2) Construction Of A Rope Park 3) Construction Of A Cable Car 4) Construction Of Retaining Walls 5) Gravel Paths 6) Bridge 7) Planting Of Greenery: Planting Of Greenery And Their Ongoing Care During The Duration Of The Contract (From The Moment Of Planting), Including: Replacement Of Dead Plants,8) Small Architecture9) Internal And External Water Supply Installations10) Internal Power Supply Line11) Area Lighting12) Video Monitoring13) Renovation Of The Farm Building Constituting The Technical Base For The Brine Graduation Tower And Rope Park Under Construction, Which Includes Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Replacement Of Thermal Insulation Of The Front Wall, Replacement Of Roofing, Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Installation Of Gutters, Renovation Works Internal.4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Bills Of Quantities. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In Larger Quantities Than Those Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities During The Execution Of The Contract Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. 4.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Together With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Expert Opinions In Order To Obtain An Occupancy Permit.4.5. Apart From The Scope Of Construction Works Described In The Above-Mentioned Documentation, The Subject Of The Order Are Works And Activities Related To: - Construction, Maintenance And Demolition Of The Construction Site, - Keeping Existing Roads And Parking Lots Intact, - Employing A Construction Manager, - Marking The Works, - Securing And Protecting The Construction Site, - Tidying Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, - Securing The Property Collected At The Construction Site, - Performing Other Works And Activities That Were Foreseeable At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer, Resulting From The Provisions Of The Construction
