Leśna In Libiąż From Km 0+000 To Km 0+947, Libiąż Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of A Section Of Ul. Leśna In Libiąż. The Scope Of Works Includes Demolition Works, Earthworks, Security, Regulations, Drainage, Paving Works, Reinforcement Of The Foundation, Construction Of A New Road Surface, Marking Works And Finishing Works. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifies: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 8 To The Swz), Detailed Design (Annex No. 9 To The Swz), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 10 To The Swz), Additionally, Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 11 To The Swz). 4. Equivalent Solutions: If The Procurement Documents, St Or Bill Of Quantities Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Supplied By A Specific Contractor (The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way) And This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Offered Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
