Materials/Trademarks/Equivalence:1) The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Products (Materials) Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provided That They Meet All Applicable Standards And Are Admitted To Trading In The Eu And Have Parameters The Same Or Higher Than Those Specified In The Procurement Documents And The Manufacturing Technology Is Maintained, I.E. As A Result Of A Change In Material, There Cannot Be A Change In The Manufacturing Technology, Which Would Result In A Change In The Technical Documentation.
