Scope And Type Of Works For The Building The Planned Investment Task Includes The Following Works: - Insulation Of Partitions - Internal Ceiling, - Insulation Of External Walls, - Replacement Of Windows And Doors, - Replacement Of Lighting With Energy-Saving Ones, - Modernization Of The Heating Installation, The Scope Also Includes Adapting The Building To Disabled People: - Installation Of Handles Disabled People, - Horizontal Marking Of Communication Routes, - Marking Of Staircases, - Marking Of Rooms For The Blind. Preparatory Work Related To The Organization Of The Construction Site For The Period Of Works. It Is Essential To Secure All Elements Of The Building That May Be Damaged During The Works. In The Event Of Damage To Building Elements Or Landscaping. Preparatory Works Include The Following Demolition Works: - Dismantling Canopies Over The Front Elevation Entrances - Dismantling External Windows And Doors As Well As Garage Doors Intended For Replacement - Dismantling The Internal Central Heating System - Dismantling Lighting Fixtures Throughout The Building.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Thermal Modernization Works In A Way That Guarantees Uninterrupted Operation Of The Post Office Located In The Building. The Contractor Must Secure Communication Routes To The Office, Ensuring Full Accessibility For Customers And Employees Throughout The Entire Investment Period.3. The Contractor Of Thermal Modernization Works Is Obliged To Closely Coordinate The Work With Entities Carrying Out Additional Work In The Building Commissioned To Other Contractors, I.E. Modernization Of The Boiler Room And Installation Of An Additional Garage Door. The Contractor Undertakes To Fully Cooperate And Coordinate Activities So That The Works Proceed Without Collisions. The Contractor Cannot Demand Additional Remuneration Or Extension Of The Completion Date Due To The Need To Adapt To The Work Schedule Of The Above-Mentioned Contractors
