The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Works Notification.Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: • Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works; • Ensuring, At Their Own Expense, That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order; • Implementation And Approval Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Implementation Of Signage, Its Ongoing Maintenance And Removal After The Completion Of The Works; • Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Access To And Access To The Properties Located At Ul.
