The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Called Reconstruction Of The District Road 1864K (Ul. Główna, Ul. Lanckorona) At Km 1 + 220.80 To Km 3 + 400.00 In Grojec And Łazy, Oświęcim County Scope Of Road Reconstruction: Replacement Of The Road Substructure, Surface, Construction Of A One-Sided Sidewalk 2 M Wide, Renovation Of The Existing Sidewalk, Construction And Renovation Of The Rainwater Drainage Network, Including Rainwater Inlets, Wells, Reconstruction And Renovation Of Exits, Reconstruction Of Intersections, Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Road Markings Along With Road Safety Devices. It Is Planned To Build A Technological Channel And Reconstruct The Infrastructure, I.E. The Orange Telecommunications Network Due To The Collision With Road Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: • Design Documentation, • Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), • Bills Of Quantities, • Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out Based On The Works Notification.Contractor Is Obliged, Among Others, To: To: • Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Taking Into Account All Arrangements With The Administrators Of Networks And Devices Existing In The Area Of ​​Works; • Ensuring, At Their Own Expense, That The Construction And Works Are Managed By Persons With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Authorizations To Carry Out Works In Particular Specialties, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Order; • Implementation And Approval Of A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Implementation Of Signage, Its Ongoing Maintenance And Removal After The Completion Of The Works; • Carrying Out The Works In Such A Way As To Ensure Safe Access To And Access To The Properties Located At Ul. Throughout The Entire Order Execution Time. Główna And Ul.
