Wita Stwosza 53 In Gdańsk - Stage I, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, 2) Provision Of Service, Inspection And Maintenance Services Of The Cctv Installation And The Sliding Entrance Gate Along With Consumables, The Servicing, Inspection And Maintenance Of Which Are Required By Regulations And Manufacturers Recommendations In Order To Maintain Continuous Efficiency And Maintain Warranty Conditions - During The Warranty Period. The Minimum Scope Of Work And Time Periods Related To Service, Inspection And Maintenance Are Included In The Table In Chapter Iv, Point 3 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Constituting A Collective Matrix Of Service And Maintenance Activities. The Contractor, Based On The Above-Mentioned Matrix, Is Obliged To Prepare A Written Schedule Specifying Detailed Deadlines For Carrying Out The Activities Indicated In The Matrix. The Schedule Prepared By The Contractor, Hereinafter Referred To As The Schedule Of Service And Maintenance Activities, Requires The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Schedule Of Service And Maintenance Activities To The Ordering Party Along With The Notification Of Completion Of The Works.4. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To Swz.5. The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Should Be Treated As Auxiliary Material. The Risk Of Correct Determination Of The Bill Of Quantities And Costs Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is Borne By The Contractor.6.
